Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g herb cream cheese (double cream or light)
- 100 ml water
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pepper
- 500 g spaghetti (made from durum wheat, without egg)
- e.g. Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cook the spaghetti. Five minutes before the end of cooking, briefly sauté the garlic clove in olive oil in a small saucepan. Pour in the water, add the cream cheese, and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring once. Season with pepper. If you prefer a thinner sauce, simply add an extra 50 ml of water. Drain the spaghetti. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve with the Parmesan cheese.
