Lightning-fast 'Greek' spaghetti

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 glasses of chicken broth or other meat broth
  • some cheese, grated (kefalotiri) or parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

cooked in meat broth, with grated cheese – a childhood memory

Boil a little over 1 liter of unsalted water with the meat broth from both jars and cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Add any meat pieces to the cooking water and later to the plate. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it. Do not rinse with cold water. First, I place a small portion of spaghetti on the plates, then sprinkle Kefaloriti over it, then another portion of spaghetti, and finally, add another portion of Kefaloriti to the spaghetti. Simple, but incredibly delicious! We always serve it with a delicious salad.
