Breakfast scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder (rose pepper)
  • ½ onion(s), diced or in rings as required
  • 200 g ham, raw, diced
  • 1 dash of oil, for frying, e.g. sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crack all the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, nutmeg, pepper, salt, crème fraîche, and paprika, season to taste, and stir. The crème fraîche won’t dissolve, but will float to the top in chunks, but that’s okay. Heat the oil on the stovetop and add the onions. When they’re translucent, fry the ham until tender. Now add the egg mixture and fry until tender.
