Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spirals)
- salt water
- 1 slice(s) of bacon
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 points tomato(s), pureed
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped garlic salt
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with strained tomatoes and tomato paste
Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and fry it in a pan with the oil. Dice the onions and add them to the bacon. When the bacon is cooked and the onions are translucent, add the passata and tomato paste, if desired. The sauce should be nice and creamy. Season with sugar and garlic salt. Drain the cooked pasta and serve with the sauce.
