Lightning-fast hunter's pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 2 onions
  • 5 bratwursts, fine, boiled
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 1 cup herb cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp wild cranberries, from the jar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The hunter is amazed. With spicy bratwurst and delicious mushrooms, the pan is on the table in no time.

Clean the mushrooms, halving or quartering if necessary. Peel and finely dice the onions. Cut the sausages into thick slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages for five minutes. Add the mushrooms and onions and fry for another five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, dice the gherkins. Add the cream cheese and a little water to the pan. Stir in the gherkins and cranberries. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Serve with bread or spaetzle. 610 kcal per serving.
