Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g chips (tortilla chips), preferably unseasoned
- 30 g cheese, grated, e.g. Cheddar, Mozzarella, Edam
- 1 chili pepper(s) or 1 tbsp jalapenos slices, fresh or pickled
- e.g. sauce (hot sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes
for the “little hunger between meals”
Place the tortilla chips on a plate, top with cheese, and scatter the sliced chili peppers on top. Place in the microwave on low power until the cheese is melted. Season with hot sauce, if desired, and serve or eat immediately.
