Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cake bases, dark
  • 150 ml espresso, strong
  • 50 ml liqueur (coffee liqueur)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 30 g cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Quick dessert

Cut the cake layers to fit a baking dish, mix the espresso and liqueur to soak it. For the cream, combine the mascarpone and egg liqueur, then place the first layer in the dish and soak it in half the liquid. Spread half of the cream on top, repeat the process, and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
