  • 2 cl syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • 6 cl liqueur (Lillet)
  • some mineral water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 slice(s) lime(s)
  • 1 mint leaf

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Lillet is an ancient aperitif made from wines and fruit liqueurs that is experiencing a revival this summer

Pour the syrup, Lillet and ice cubes into a white wine glass and top up with some mineral water. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime if desired.
