Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of beer (Radler, preferably Panaché from France), optionally non-alcoholic
  • some grenadine

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

beer cocktail

Add a pint of grenadine to a beer glass, if desired, and pour the shandy over it. Stir gently (to prevent the carbonation from escaping). You can then add syrup to taste. This creates a very refreshing drink, especially popular in the South of France. Tip: If you don’t have a shandy at home, you can also mix a 3:2 lager with lemonade.
