Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl liqueur (Aperol)
  • 1 jar Prosecco
  • ½ orange(s) – slice
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Spritz Aperol

Place the ice cubes in a large wine glass, then fill it with a regular glass of Prosecco, then add the Aperol and half an orange slice. Serve with a straw (not too thin). I know this drink as Spritz Aperol. Depending on the region in Italy, it’s also called Veneziano.
