Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super tasty, quick food with great aroma

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and heat gently. Grate the zest and juice of the lime, then add it to the butter. Finely chop the chili pepper (if you like it spicy!) and add it to the butter. Add the crayfish tails to the pan and finally the frozen herbs. Sauté everything together over medium heat. Drain the spaghetti and return it to the pan while still dripping wet. Pour the butter and crayfish mixture over it and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide the pasta between plates and grind more freshly ground pepper to taste. Grate over more Parmesan or Pecorino cheese, if desired.
