Lime cream cheese frosting in a glass

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 600 g raspberries (alternatively frozen)
  • 200 g biscuits (chocolate)
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 100 ml lime juice
  • 250 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the raspberries in a saucepan and heat gently to release juice. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Alternatively, you can thaw frozen berries or use fresh berries as they are. Finely crumble the biscuits. For the cream, mix the cream cheese and milk chocolate. Then stir in the lime juice and then the sour cream. You can now layer the three ingredients in glasses as you like, e.g., biscuits, then raspberries, cream, biscuits, and more raspberries. Tip: Since the cream is very sweet due to the sweetened condensed milk, I recommend preparing small portions or using lots of berries for contrast.
