Lime-mint-thyme water

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • little water, hot
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 organic lime(s)
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 2 sprigs of thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Wash the lime and finely grate the zest from half of it. Wash the mint and thyme. Combine all ingredients in a large carafe. Pour in a little hot water and let it steep for a few moments. Then pour in the cold water and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least a few hours.
