Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 ml cream
- 4 tbsp sugar, preferably vanilla sugar
- 500 g sweet cherries, pitted
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Weigh, wash, and pit the cherries. Chop half of the cherries into small pieces and purée the other half very finely. Whip the cream until stiff, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar. Whip the quark, mascarpone, and the puréed cherries with 3 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Completely incorporate the chopped cherry pieces into the mixture. Finally, fold the whipped cream into the cherry cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
