- 1 cup rice pudding
- 2 apples
- 2 nectarines
- 2 bulb(s)
- 15 cherries
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 4 sweetener tablets or liquid sweetener
- 1 cup(s) water
- 1 cup(s) milk (0.5% fat)
Instructions

WW – suitable, rice pudding and fresh fruit!
Cook 1 cup of rice pudding with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk (0.5% fat), just like regular rice pudding. Add the sweetener and cinnamon stick immediately. Cut the fruit into small pieces and add them about 2-3 minutes before the rice pudding is ready, then heat through. This is a very light dish with few points. Since only the milk and rice count, it averages about 5 points per person!
