Chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 sheets of white gelatin
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating
  • 200 ml milk, low-fat
  • 3 egg whites, class M
  • 30 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Roughly chop the chocolate coating and dissolve it in the hot milk while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and dissolve the squeezed-out gelatin in it. Chill the mixture. When it begins to set, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar. Stir the chocolate mixture vigorously once and whisk evenly into the beaten egg whites. Pour the mousse into 4 glasses and chill for another 1-2 hours.
