Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g peppercorns, black
  • 30 g peppercorns, green
  • 10 g lime peel, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Pepper mix with lime zest

Dry the lime zest thoroughly in the oven and then finely grind it with the two types of pepper.
