Lime yogurt dressing with roasted sesame and black cumin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds, unhulled
  • 1 tsp black cumin
  • 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 350 g yogurt (Greek cream yogurt, 10%)
  • ½ garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • some sea salt
  • some mint leaves

Toast the sesame seeds and black cumin seeds in a dry pan, stirring occasionally. Mix the yogurt with about 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1/2 garlic clove, salt, sesame seeds, black cumin seeds, and finely chopped mint. The lime juice, garlic, and mint are naturally very flavorful and can be adjusted to your liking. It also tastes delicious as a dip or with bread.
