Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar of ajvar
- 2 bags of rice
- salt water
- 1 package of vegetables (butter vegetables)
- Salt
- some margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
quick and easy
Boil the rice in salted water and drain. Cook the buttered vegetables according to the package instructions. After cooking, transfer the rice to a bowl and mix with the ajvar and buttered vegetables. Then add a little margarine and season with salt.
