Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 large potatoes
- 3 handfuls of cheddar cheese, grated
- 250 g quark
- 250 g crème fraîche (crème légère)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- lemon juice
- herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in lightly salted water. Drain the water, steam the potatoes briefly until dry, and place them open in a casserole dish. Mix the sour cream from quark, crème légère, finely chopped herbs, pepper, salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice to your taste and spread it over the potatoes. Sprinkle everything with the grated Cheddar cheese and melt in the oven at about 180°C (350°F) (just melt, do not gratinate). Serve with a mixed salad.
