Ingredients
 

  • 700 ml Vodka
  • 300 ml Water
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 1,5 dL Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 Lemon fresh
  • 1,5 dL Sugar syrup

Instructions
 

  • according to the changed basic recipe from the KB by emari (is without juice)
  • 1. Wash lemons thoroughly with hot water or rub with gin
  • 2. Peel the lemon very thinly with a vegetable peeler - it is important that it does not have a white peel on it
  • 3. Sift the lemon zest and juice into a tall, sealable glass and add the vodka
  • 4. Bring the water and sugar to the boil and allow to cool
  • 5. As soon as the sugar water has cooled down, add to the vodka with the lemon peel.
  • 6. Shake the glass once every day for about 14 days and when the liqueur is ready you have to try it. If the liqueur is too sour then empty the 1.5 dl sugar syrup.
  • 7. When the liqueur is ready, pour it through a sieve - cloth - coffee filter and fill it into the bottle
