Linguine with Anchovies

The perfect linguine with anchovies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Linguine
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
  • 6 Anchovies (anchovies)
  • 6 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves pressed
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cook the linguine according to the basic recipe. In the meantime, rub the anchovies with kitchen paper and cut finely. Slowly heat the oil with the anchovies over low heat. Peel and squeeze the garlic and stew everything for 4-5 minutes, stirring until the anchovies disintegrate. Pour 80ml pasta water and let it boil again. Drain the pasta, drain briefly, mix with the anchovy sauce, season with pepper, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
