  • a little chili (to taste)
  • some Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Linguine with mushrooms sautéed in olive oil. Delicious!

Place the linguine in a pot of boiling salted water and cook until al dente, if desired. Then clean the mushrooms (do not wash them!) and finely dice them. Finely chop the shallot and garlic. Meanwhile, drain the olive slices well and fry them in about 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the shallots and sauté lightly. Then add the mushrooms. Finally, add the finely chopped garlic to the pan (to prevent it from browning too much, otherwise it will become bitter). Season with salt and pepper. Add a little chili to taste. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the remaining olive oil. Finally, toss with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
