Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g flour, smooth
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. Jam of your choice (e.g. currant)
  • n. B. Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Quickly knead all ingredients and let rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3 mm and cut out circles (approx. 6 cm). Make three holes in half of each circle or use special “Linzer” cutters. Bake at 200°C for approximately 7 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, spread the cookies without holes with hot jam and place the cookies with holes on top. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
