taste great with coffee

Combine all ingredients except the jam and chocolate coating to form a shortcrust pastry, then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan oven). Shape the cookies: either fill them into a cookie press or use a piping bag with a star nozzle. Place the cookies on a baking sheet; it doesn’t need to be greased or lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Once the cookies have cooled slightly, spread each cookie with the jam and sandwich it together with another cookie. Finally, coat the cookies with chocolate coating.
