Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g butter, soft
  • 140 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g flour
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g raspberry jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Beat the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar and egg yolks, then gradually add the almonds, sifted flour, and cinnamon, and knead everything into a smooth dough. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. Form the dough into 60 small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet or baking paper. Make a hollow with your index finger and add the jam. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. This recipe makes about 60 cookies.
