Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 salad (lettuce)
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 pack of double cream cheese or herb cream cheese
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • some butter
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little butter. Add the lettuce and sauté for 1 minute. Add the chicken stock and cheese, bring to a boil, and puree. Season with pepper and a little more salt, if desired.
