Liqueur: Rose Liqueur

The perfect liqueur: rose liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Double grain 38%
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 Handful Fragrant rose petals, approx. 80 g
  1. Put the rose petals in a glass, fill up with the grain, close with the lid. Let stand in a cool and dark place for 2 weeks. Shake regularly.
  2. Mix the sugar with 200 ml of water, bring to the boil and allow to cool. Let the “rose grain” run through a filter. (A coffee filter or cheesecloth is very suitable) and mix with the sugar water.
  3. Fill into decorative bottles and store in a cool place.
