Liquorice liqueur muffin

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate
  • 270 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 90 g butter, soft
  • 120 ml liqueur (licorice)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • Paper cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

12 muffins with alcohol

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Place paper baking cups in the muffin cups. Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. In a second bowl, beat the eggs, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Fold in the licorice liqueur and sour cream. Stir in the flour mixture. Pour batter into the muffin cups and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. After baking, do the skewer test and bake for a few more minutes if necessary. Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then remove them and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
