- 300 ml espresso
- 200 g powdered sugar

Bring espresso and powdered sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes. This yields approximately 200 ml of delicious espresso syrup. Delicious on pancakes, vanilla ice cream, full-fat yogurt, or for iced coffee.
