Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Liver mixed with minced meat
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 soaked Rolls in milk
  • 1 middle Chopped red onion
  • 1 size Garlic clove
  • 1 large table Lard
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper, marjoram
  • 1,5 liter Meatsoup
  • Chives and P with etersielei

Instructions
 

  • Put the liver in a bowl and add the soaked bread roll (pressed out). Egg, And mix the spices, the steamed onions with the clove of garlic well. If the liver mass seems too soft you can add breadcrumbs. Leave something there, because this mass is still pulling.
  • Heat the meat broth, cut the cams with two tablespoons and let it slide into the broth, do not let it boil. Let the cams pull for 20 minutes. then you can serve. Sprinkle with chives, I still had a few croutons, if you want to sprinkle on top.
