Liver Dumpling Tokens with Consommé
The perfect liver dumpling tokens with consommé recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spices
- 100 g Minced meat
- 1 whole (without shell) Raw egg

The consommé
- I always get “sausage soup” from the butcher, that is what we call it. Because in this broth the blood and liver sausages and the like are cooked. Therefore this broth is very rich. You can also dilute it. It is very dark, but a pointed sieve lined with a potato sack removes the suspended matter.
- Cut the carrot and onion into small pieces and add them to the broth. If you like, you can also cut into other types of vegetables, juniper berries and bay leaf give additional flavor. I let them boil lightly.
The liver dumplings
- I soak the roll in lukewarm water so that it is well pushed through. Squeeze out and add to the liver, cut the onion with the garlic into small pieces.
