Liver Goulash

The perfect liver goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Beef or pork liver
  • 3 piece Onions
  • 3 piece Red and green peppers
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Hot peppers
  • 2 packet Tomato sauce
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  1. Cut the onions and bacon into small pieces and fry them. Cut the liver into cubes and cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Remove the onions and bacon from the pan and sprinkle the liver with thyme and flour. Fry well in the pan and take out again. Prepare the tomato sauce according to the instructions. Pour in the peppers, add the paprika powder and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients, as well as the corn. Then simmer for about 20 minutes and season with salt and pepper. You can serve it with potatoes or rice. Good Appetite!!!
