Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g liver sausage, preferably coarse spicy
- 30 wild garlic leaves
- 3 pinches of smoked paprika powder
- 2 pinch(s) paprika powder, hot
- 2 pinches of red curry
- ½ cup of cream, approx. 100 ml
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 small gherkins
- salt and pepper
- possibly sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blend the liverwurst with the wild garlic leaves and spices using a hand blender until creamy. Stir in the finely diced onion and cucumber. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a little sugar, if desired. This spread tastes delicious with fresh bread.
