Liver sausage and wild garlic cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g liver sausage, preferably coarse spicy
  • 30 wild garlic leaves
  • 3 pinches of smoked paprika powder
  • 2 pinch(s) paprika powder, hot
  • 2 pinches of red curry
  • ½ cup of cream, approx. 100 ml
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 small gherkins
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the liverwurst with the wild garlic leaves and spices using a hand blender until creamy. Stir in the finely diced onion and cucumber. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a little sugar, if desired. This spread tastes delicious with fresh bread.
