Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • Liver sausage, smoked, coarse
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 apple
  • Marjoram, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightly toast the brown bread slices, slice the onion and apple into thin rings, and fry them. Spread the coarse smoked liverwurst on the toasted bread slices, top with the fried onion and apple rings, and sprinkle with fresh marjoram. A delicious alternative to a “regular” sandwich, or instead of a “Strammer Max” or similar.
