Pasta with quick tomato sauce and fried eggs

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ kg pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Flour
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • Water
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta. Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the flour to make a roux. Add the tomato paste, water, and spices until a nice, creamy sauce forms. Fry two fried eggs, and you’re done.
