Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 loin
  • 1 pt. ham, raw (e.g. Black Forest)
  • 1 point cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 cups of cream (200 ml each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the raw loin into approximately 2 cm pieces and wrap them in the ham. Top with cream and cheese. Do not season (because of the ham). Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with rice, baguette, fries, or croquettes.
