Lollo Rosso with pears, bacon, blue cheese and walnuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ small head of Lollo Rosso
  • ¼ small head of radicchio
  • ½ small pear(s)
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp bacon, diced and rendered
  • 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • n. B. sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

in raspberry vinegar dressing

Clean and wash the Lollo Rosso. Wash and cut the radicchio into thin strips. Wash, core, and slice the pear. Slice the cheese. Crack and finely chop the walnuts. Let the bacon cool after frying, if necessary. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Arrange the Lollo Rosso, radicchio, pear, and blue cheese on the plates. Drizzle the dressing over the top and scatter the walnuts and bacon over the top.
