Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomato(s), aromatic ripe
  • 3 spring onions
  • 125 g salmon (gravlax)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • some mustard
  • Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely dice or slice all ingredients. Mix the vinegar, honey, lemon juice, mustard, and spices into a tangy sauce. Pour over the salad ingredients and let it marinate.
