Crab – Tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large tomatoes, firm
  • 200 g crab
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dill, fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 dashes chili sauce
  • 1 tsp vodka
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 2 sprigs of dill for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut a lid off the washed tomatoes and carefully hollow out the tomatoes (use the insides for something else, e.g., tomato sauce). Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Mix the crab with lemon juice, mayonnaise, cream, finely chopped onion, and chopped dill. Season to taste with chili sauce, vodka, salt, and pepper. Fill the tomatoes with the crab mayonnaise and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
