Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g crab meat (crayfish meat)
- ½ kl. jar mayonnaise, (salad mayonnaise)
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 2 pinch(s) pepper, black
- 3 dashes lemon juice
- Tabasco, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Place the crayfish meat in a bowl and add mayonnaise, mix with a little ketchup, lemon juice, and Tabasco, season with pepper, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with white bread or baguette. Beer goes well with it.
