Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 g spinach, chopped, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious with pasta

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion. Sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the spinach, cream, and cream. Stir until the spinach is thawed. Let everything simmer gently. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Delicious with any kind of pasta.
