Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g carrot(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp oil (germ oil or sunflower oil), cold-pressed
- ½ tsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 1 tbsp mineral water
- herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and trim the carrots, then scrub them thoroughly with a vegetable brush, then coarsely grate them. Wash and finely chop the parsley. For the sauce, combine the oil, vinegar, mineral water, and parsley, season with herb salt and pepper, and stir into the carrots.
