Macaroni casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 480 g pasta (macaroni), cooked
  • 105 g sheep’s cheese
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 200 ml broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the spinach leaves and cook in a little salted water. Squeeze out the excess water and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Crush the garlic cloves and mix in. Place the macaroni and spinach in a casserole dish. Mix the sour cream with the broth and pour in. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole and bake in the oven at 180°C (gas mark 2) for about 20 minutes. 5 per person
