for sweet cravings during diets – has hardly any calories

Prepare the jelly (I mean 1 sachet, the packages usually contain 2. Not instant jelly, as that is already sweetened) according to the package instructions using 500 ml of water, but without sugar. Let cool slightly. In the meantime, mix the low-fat quark with the yogurt until smooth. Now carefully add the liquid jelly to the quark in sips and whisk until smooth – the mixture will naturally be very runny. Once everything is smooth, season with sweetener to taste. Now refrigerate the dessert for several hours, preferably overnight, to let it set. This dessert is very low in calories, but still tastes delicious, especially chilled, and is easy to vary. You can also add frozen fruit, such as raspberries, to the cream if you like. I’ve tried the cream with cherry, lemon, and raspberry jelly so far, and everything was delicious. You just have to like the taste of sweetener, or at least not find it unpleasant. It’s suitable for WW and is also suitable for various food combining regimes or, as far as I know, also for SiS. Ideal for me when I get a craving for something sweet in the evening…
