- some coconut oil for frying

Low-carb fries
Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan. Combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings in a bowl. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and cut 1 cm thick “chip” strips from each half. Dip the avocado strips first in egg and then in the flour mixture until no green bits remain. Fry the avocado fries in the oil for 45 seconds. Then drain on a plate lined with kitchen paper.
