Low-Carb Bacon Chips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100g bacon
  • 1 tsp BBQ seasoning mix

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut each bacon into 3 pieces and arrange them on the baking tray. Season with BBQ seasoning or your favorite spice. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the chips for about 10 minutes at 200°C. Place the bacon chips on kitchen paper and let the fat drain off.
