Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g almonds
- 100 g protein powder, with flavor
- 6 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pour everything into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into bars weighing approximately 50 g. Then place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. If you’d like more flavor, simply melt your favorite chocolate in a double boiler and piping bag over the bars. This amount makes 18 bars.
