Low-carb breakfast porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g almonds, ground
  • 70 g flaxseed meal
  • 1 heaped tsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 tsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2 tsp, heaped protein powder, optional
  • Berries of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on the stovetop at level 6 (out of 9). Stir constantly, otherwise the porridge will burn. The berries can be warmed with the other ingredients or added to the porridge at the end. When the porridge is warm, pour it into a bowl and serve.
