Separate the egg and preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Combine the egg yolks, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, almonds, and applesauce in a large bowl and mix. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Pour the batter into a pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. This makes 4 brownies. Each brownie has approximately 169 calories.
